[1] 较明显的问题只有一处：Brief is the breath / Mown stalks exhale = The breath (that) mown stalks exhale is brief.  可以译作：割下的草茎/呼吸短促。  （表示濒死的状态）

[2] With chestnut flowers, with hedges snowlike strewn.  你的理解完全正确。栗子花雪花一样撒在篱笆上。

[3] Moving at summer's pace. “移动开来合着夏季沉闷的步伐。”似乎和原文节奏差异较大，而且“沉闷的”是你添加的个人理解。

此处译文缘何倒置？可以这样读——

Brief is the breath

Mown stalks exhale.（注意这里有句号）

Long, long （is） the death...

我和画皮兄的看法一样。这是两个分立的句子，最好按原文标点分开来译。即便中译文将两个句子捏合在一起，也只能译成并列或对比的句型，而不应将其中一个作为另一个的修饰性从句。
